Tập đoàn Bethlehem Steel Corporation (1857–2003), tại Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, là một trong hai nhà sản xuất thép lớn nhất tại Mỹ, sau Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based U.S. Steel. Sau khi suy thoái về công nghiệp thép Mỹ và các vấn đề về quản trị đã dẫn đến sự phá sản năm 2001, công ty đã được sát nhập và bán lại tài sản còn lại cho International Steel Group năm 2003.
